Jack Smith
Jack Smith is the Administrator for the School Facilities Division and School Facilities Oversight Board at the Arizona Department of Administration, which oversees the capital needs of K-12 public school districts and administers funding for building renewal. Prior to joining ADOA, Jack served as the State Director for USDA - Rural Development, overseeing 7 regional offices promoting rural economic development including funding for housing, business development and community based projects. Prior to the USDA, Jack was an elected member of the Yavapai Board of Supervisors and was directly responsible for the overall operation, finance and administration of 19 county departments including public fiduciary, health clinic, fleet operations, public works and emergency management. He received his B.A. from Grand Canyon University, Seminary of Divine Sciences from University of Living Sciences, and is currently pursuing his Masters in Public Administration from Liberty University.
Jack has lived in Arizona since completing his enlistment in the U.S. Army in 1993 and calls Prescott Valley his home. Jack lives with his wife Diane and two boys Trace and Zack. He enjoys cooking, cruising on Royal Caribbean ships, and traveling the globe with his family.
