Debora Norris

School Facilities Liaison

Debora Norris is a certified Project Management Professional and a Master of Education Administration from rural Southern Arizona. She has worked with school districts and education communities on school capital finance and education programs for two decades. She is former state legislator who served on the Arizona House of Representatives Education Committee for four years, having passed school capital finance laws impacting hundreds of schools.  Debora also previously served as a deputy associate superintendent at the Arizona Department of Education where she enjoyed working with school districts on a variety of education programs and initiatives on behalf of Arizona students.

Dan Demland

Registered Architect

Dan Demland is a Registered Architect in the State of Arizona and has previously been registered in Colorado and Texas.  With over 35 years experience and as owner of Demland Design, Dan has worked with several private school districts and was the representing Architect for multiple preschools.  Dan is a building code and accessibility specialist holding ICC certificates for commercial plan reviewer and accessibility plan reviewer/inspector. For seven years, he sat on the Phoenix Mayor's Commission on Disability Issues and served as vice-chair of the Architectural, Accessibility and Design Committee.

Carlos Monreal

School Facilities Liaison

Carlos Monreal is an Energy Manager In Training. He completed the Certified Energy Manager’s examination in 2012. For 9 years, he was employed by Scottsdale Unified as an Energy Management System Supervisor. While at SUSD, Carlos was responsible for the district's Energy Conservation Program which included the operation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of all HVAC equipment. He reduced energy usage through policy enforcement and the use of Best Practices every year. In addition, he currently holds an Arizona R39 Air Conditioning Contractor’s license.
