Pat Cruse

School Facilities Liaison Construction Management Consultant

Pat has over 35 years of construction experience, which includes 20 years employed by the Arizona Department of Administration, General Services Division. As Senior Project Manager, he was responsible for managing four project managers and for statewide construction for the Department of Administration, Department of Health Services, Arizona School for the Deaf and Blind, Department of Corrections, Department of Juvenile Corrections, Pioneer Home, and Veterans Administration. Prior to joining the Schools Facilities Board, Pat was a lead electrician for JenCo. and was responsible for plan review, supervision of personnel, equipment/material orders and the construction of a new City of Phoenix Vehicle Repair Shop and Precinct Building. He currently holds an Arizona KB01 General Contractor’s License.

Dan Demland

Registered Architect

Dan Demland is a Registered Architect in the State of Arizona and has previously been registered in Colorado and Texas.  With over 35 years experience and as owner of Demland Design, Dan has worked with several private school districts and was the representing Architect for multiple preschools.  Dan is a building code and accessibility specialist holding ICC certificates for commercial plan reviewer and accessibility plan reviewer/inspector. For 7 years, he sat on the Phoenix Mayor's Commission on Disability Issues and served as vice-chair of the Architectural, Accessibility and Design Committee.

Debora Norris

School Facilities Liaison

Debora Norris is a certified Project Management Professional and a Master of Education Administration from rural Southern Arizona. She has worked with school districts and education communities on school capital finance and education programs for two decades. She is former state legislator who served on the Arizona House of Representatives Education Committee for four years, having passed school capital finance laws impacting hundreds of schools.  Debora also previously served as a deputy associate superintendent at the Arizona Department of Education where she enjoyed working with hundreds of school districts on a variety of education programs and initiatives on behalf of Arizona students.
