The School Facilities Board has submitted a Notice Of Proposed Expedited Rulemaking to the Governor's Office, Secretary of State and corresponding offices. Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 41-1027(C), the proposed rules and notice are posted above. The public has the right to provide written comment for at least thirty days after posting this notice.
