Rebecca Perrera
Rebecca Perrera considers herself a native Arizonan. While born in Phoenix, she grew up in Georgia. She graduated from the University of Georgia before relocating to Arizona to be closer to family and to pursue a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Arizona.
Rebecca has cultivated an interest in the connection between bureaucratic public administration and the implementation of successful public policy. Before joining the School Facilities Division, Rebecca served the Arizona Legislature for over a decade in nonpartisan roles at the Joint Legislative Budget Committee and the Arizona Auditor General. In addition, Rebecca is a 2020 Flinn-Brown Civic Leadership Fellow.
Rebecca lives in Laveen with her husband and two children. When not crunching numbers or writing memos, she enjoys trips to the zoo, Children’s Museum, and library with her family.
