Performance Specifications

On February 6, 2019, the School Facilities Board adopted the Fire Alarm System Performance Specifications Policy and the Fire Alarm System Performance Specifications. These Performance Specifications shall be used on all SFD-funded Building Renewal Grant, Emergency Deficiencies Correction, and New School Facilities projects. The SFD recommends that school districts use these Performance Specifications on their locally-funded projects as applicable.

Fire Alarm System Performance Specifications

These drawing review checklists are a tool to aid in the review of roofing project plans and specifications for compliance with the SFD Roofing Performance Specifications and Policy. The checklists are being made available for use by school districts and industry professionals and will be used by SFD Liaisons as part of the review process of plans and specifications prior to bidding for Building Renewal Grant, Emergency Deficiencies Correction, and New School Facilities projects.
