Public Notice Disclosure Statement 

Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02, the School Facilities Board hereby states that all notices of the meeting of the School Facilities Board and any of its committees and subcommittees will be posted outside Suite 104 at 1700 West Washington, Phoenix, Arizona 85007. This location is open to the public Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, except legal holidays. All such notices will also be posted on the School Facilities Board’s website (http://www.azsfb.gov) under ‘Board Information’, ‘Meetings’. This information is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Such notices will indicate the date, time, and place of the meeting and will include an agenda or information concerning the manner in which the public may obtain an agenda for the meeting. 

Notice of Right to Petition

Notice of Right to Petition Pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1033(C) and (D), an individual has a right to petition the Governor’s Regulatory Review Council to complain that an existing Board practice or substantive policy statement may constitute a rule or to request a review of a final rule based on the person’s belief that the final rule does not meet the requirements in A.R.S. § 41-1030.
