Form SFB NC 522-06 is used to calculate the additional costs associated with new school construction projects including the A/E fee, pre-construction services, FF&E, Computers, etc. 

This cost breakdown spreadsheet is filled out by the general contractor or CM@Risk and used as part of the budgeting/GMP proposal/negotiation process.

These forms contain the Energy Efficiency & Sustainability Checklist and Worksheets. The Architect/Engineer are to fill out these forms for all new construction projects.

"The equipments/products shall be certified as 'energy star' or as recommended by federal energy management program unless shown not to be cost-effective on a life cycle cost basis"

Use this document to certify to the SFB that a particular architect will be performing design services for your district for a given project.

Owner, Architect, and CM @Risk Design Team certify all aspects of project will comply with building adequacy SFB Rules Document.
