Form SFB NC 522-06 is used to calculate the additional costs associated with new school construction projects including the A/E fee, pre-construction services, FF&E, Computers, etc.
Executive Order 2005-05, Energy Efficiency & Sustainability Checklist
These forms contain the Energy Efficiency & Sustainability Checklist and Worksheets. The Architect/Engineer are to fill out these forms for all new construction projects.

Deficiencies Correction
While this phase of the program has since been completed, the Students FIRST law established a deficiencies correction fund for the purpose of correcting deficiencies in existing school facilities. The School Facilities Board was charged with adopting rules establishing minimum school facility guidelines, assessing school buildings against these guidelines, and providing monies to bring the buildings up to the guidelines. By law, existing deficiencies were to be completed by June 30, 2004.

Once the initial documents are on file, the prime contractor may make a certified payroll submission. Payroll submissions must include the following three documents. All documents must be originals with wet-ink signatures. Emails and faxes cannot be accepted.
